Literary resources: Structure in literary texts

 Introduction.

A literary text is a type of text characterized by the predominance of poetic function, but, in addition, in each genre, other functions predominate, such as lyric, narrative and drama. They are all those in which an author expresses his feelings, ideas, emotions, through the creation of new worlds, for which he uses their description through prose (story or novel texts), and verses (poetry) anddirect dialogues such as theatrical works.

Types of literary texts

• Narrative. • Poetry.
