MasterCard is dedicated to enhancing diversity from their worldwide employees who are at the center of ensuring diversity and inclusion. The company aims at giving employees an environment where their views, strengths, and experiences are appreciated. The CEO of the company explains that “Diversity and inclusion cannot be a nice-to-have. Rather, it must be expected, not simply accepted” (MasterCard, 2018). As a result, the company gets better results, increase in productivity and employees’ priorities are aligned. On the other hand, the Boeing Company mostly focuses on women inclusion. The Boeing Company has had twenty-three forums to empower women at eight sites. Additionally, the company has a Global Women Leadership Conference which is attended by workers from all over the world (The Diversity Inc, 2017). They did this as a way to ensure that women felt like part of the team and as a way to appreciate the contribution of the women in the company. Consequently, I believe that the two companies walk their talk as they are highly successful and have had employees from all over the world. They meet the needs of their employees and ensure that they work in environments that are conducive to ensure they deliver the expected results.
The Boeing Company ensures they take affirmative action efforts for employees work towards set goals. People in multinational companies are diverse as they come from different political, gender, economic and religious backgrounds (Marshall, 2010).

For this reason, the Boeing Company has put procedures and policies that support equality, inclusiveness and fair treatment at the place of work. The company believes that every employee has something to offer; hence every suggestion is accepted. Additionally, equality of employee is also crucial since the company wants to ensure that every individual feels comfortable in the environment they are working. The affirmative action efforts of the Boeing Company are different from their diversification and inclusion. Being a multinational company, Boeing has to ensure that it does everything in its power to accommodate the workforce from different parts of the world.
