Evaluation is a wholesome process that seeks to table all there is to a subject under study; it does not matter the appropriateness of the findings, they ought to get presented at the end of the evaluation period. Evaluation based on the community-based participatory approach (CBPR) model would help identify the areas that are barring the realization of health wellness program goals. Through CPBR, the professionals get to mingle with the laypersons and other learned members of the community as they share their views. In the course of interaction, the barriers to health wellness become apparent to the researcher (Pérez & Luquis, 2014).
