Based on this regression output, it is practical to conclude that the overall satisfaction (dependent variable) relates significantly to membership, gender, status, feeling, and age of the club’s subscribers. The p-value is below 0.05.

Adding facilities like year-round driving ranges, swimming pools, spa, tennis courts, and fitness centers will create a new range of demand for the club. New people will be more willing to join the club to enjoy the new facilities. So, NRCC should consider adding these new facilities to give the club a new look so that it attracts new members.
The board should add social activities, such as children facilities, to attract the membership of baby boomer adults.
Based on the survey results, it would be a brilliant idea to maintain effective operations only and scrap off unproductive operations.

An overall satisfaction level 72% is an indication that most of the club’s operations are efficient. Therefore, the NCR board needs to refocus and correct the 28% operations that cause dissatisfaction. According to Morden (2016), this kind of change can be achieved by dropping unproductive operations while promoting practical tasks.
