With a full understanding of the tight budget, I decline the position due to the compensation practices. Also, after thinking about the offer I have decided to turn down the offer since I have decided to pursue the position in another company that it is in line with my personal goals.

I have also accepted the opportunity in another company which is best suits my career skills and goals. Moreover, after considering the company’s compensation package which is outlined in the offer and the salary, they do not meet my financial requirements in the current situation.
I truly apologize for the inconveniences caused by my decision of turning down such a gracious opportunity in your company. I hope that my decision will not affect the company’s goals and my future relationship with the company. My wish to the company is a continued success even in the near future. I am glad for having met you and wish that the circumstances could allow me to accept the offer.
