We consider that it is very important that parents are informed and know in the background the issue of childrensons.

It is true that jealousy is completely natural feelings, produced by age and their maturation process or also usually occur by fears, given the birth of a new member or by the separation of parents who unfortunately today is also a subjectvery common. However, it must be taken into account that, if the child does not react or change these behaviors, it must be treated by a specialist. Once these behaviors have already been reproduced or at the school or at the child’s house, the student will be needed, so it is very important that there is a good relationship between the family and the school, to achieve greater efficiencyIn the disappearance of this feeling.

Jealousy can be expressed through two totally opposite behaviors, or with very agitated children who just want to get attention or those who carry it in silence, this second option is very complicated to detect. That said, we believe it is important that parents with children in children.

That is why with the School of Parents we seek to provide support to react to these types of situations. As well as in the PAT that the child seeks to make the child aware of his emotions and why he feels them, also to make him see the figure he represents within the family unit and how important it is.

During our training action, both in the School of Parents and in the Tutorial Action Plan, we seek to favor the healthy development of the child, teaching children to identify when they feel jealous and control them in the best possible way. On the other hand, it seeks to teach parents to be able to detect these behaviors when they appear, as well as have an action plan to handle them. In general, it seeks to create a healthy environment in family structures, where open and flexible communication can be given to these types of situations.

Given the birth of a new brother, the eldest son of some tasks must be part of (as long as they are within their possibilities), to make a significant figure feel and seek exclusive moments for him, for example, at the time ofsleep with a story. Parents do not usually realize this process, because they are very busy between their work and all the care / attention that a baby entails.

It is important that parents know and take into account when educating their children that comparisons should not be made between brothers, that each child is different and has different qualities and skills. In the home there must be egalitarian treatment, where there is a healthy environment and the qualities of each child are highlighted. This will encourage and favor the creation of a flexible and open communicative style where the risks that jealous behaviors in the children entail are prevented.
