General Purpose: To educate my audience.
Specific Purpose: To inform my listeners about the certain lifestyle aspects in the city of Miami, specifically the art and fun activities in the city.
Thesis: The city of Miami stands out from the rest of the cities in the US due to its tropical climate and diversification of culture.
Introduction
Attention Statement: With a tropical climate in Miami, the last snowfall recorded in the City is 1977. It is a culturally vibrant city with pristine beaches. The town holds several festivals annually to entertain tourists and locals as they celebrate various cultures.
The motive to Listen: The City of Miami has an enriching lifestyle that is both entertaining and educational. The beaches, parks and art centers offer a variety of activities to residents. A woman, Julia Tuttle, established The City of Miami, which is in the state of Florida.
Credibility Statement: The lifestyle of the City of Miami captures my attention due to the widespread fun activities available in the city. I love art and fun outdoor activities.

In conclusion, the City of Miami is a vibrant place. It fulfills entertainment and educational needs for all age groups. Festivals, art exhibitions, windsurfing, cultural activities, water parks and immaculate beaches all make the second largest city of Florida, Miami to stand out.
