Peace and balance both in the human body and in the mind

Can we have the greatest success in the world and still feel defeated, failed and aimless? Normally, we think a way to get out of that heart of sensations, possibly finding solutions, perceptions, emotions and even external appreciations in order to help resign such stagnations that can be conceived from the self-feeling the self from psychoanalysis as:“Unconscious psychic life, that is, the knowledge of repressed instinctive impulses, of affections and fantasies. Issues such as those of the adaptation of the child or adult to the outside world ”(Freud, 1984)

Now, the most interesting question in all this area refers us to the origin of a problem that innumerably agglomerates several people and is how to find themselves, how to know themselves? Life can be structured under coercive interpersonal conditions, suddenly braking the intrapersonal process, causing the problem mentioned above to occur and generating certain disorders and problems in the mind. Certainly, when we talk about coercive interpersonal conditions, which obstruct the intrapersonal process, experiences and experiential characteristics such as: family, career/employment, social relations, etc., which manage to be implicit when establishing a state of mental harmony, preventing and promoting life purposes that naturally arise from the daily experiences of each subject. So what happens when it is difficult to establish a life purpose? It is there, raising this issue where he evokes the question of many, does it make sense to continue living? This questioning can become a serious paradigm, specifically, a health problem, where even this could reach suicide.

Wait! Peace And Balance Both In The Human Body And In The Mind paper is just an example!

That said, I can answer yes. Yes it is possible to get out of that great enigma produced in many of our peers, about whether it is worth continuing to exist. But, we must take into account the following: we are faced with a mental health problem. The help process that must be carried out to be able to abandon that inextricable state of psyche can become tedious, exhaustive and can even be invisible the purpose of said process as it goes through.

But on the other hand, these problems and mental disorders with time and patience, in most cases, have a cure, can be rehabilitated or controlled with adequate monitoring. Thus, it could be affirmed that it is a social aspect "controlled, supervised and guarded" by social institutions such as: the State, the family, the school and even the private company. However, multiple studies and research have been able to verify and make visible that there are a large number of people with disorders and mental problems, as well as their families, that do not access health services due to public stigma and self-stigma (Ministry ofHealth, 2014) Certainly, it is logical to deduce that there is no total control.

In addition, the consequences that stigma can originate, are consequently in reject., that respond to decrease pain, (temporarily) of being located in a mental state of perdition. In fact, stigma and prejudice lead to avoidance behavior, shy away from their condition, achieving indifference to mental health. An example that mental health usually goes to the background because of stigma and personal or social prejudice is that companies, school, family and even the subject themselves, usually minimize feelings, mood orProblems, this usually causes negative emotional reactions, such as co -hibition of feelings, emotions, and ideas, self – esteem and self-sufficiency and drives the subject to that state of existential vacuum.

Therefore there are, to start prioritizing and emphasizing good mental health, according to WHO, depression is the first cause, since 2013, disability in the world (2018). Therefore, we must frequently take into account the emotional state, it is no longer enough to comply with good physical health, but must be indispensable and in the same way as physical health, lead a healthy mental life.

In this case, to achieve the aforementioned we must apply structural changes in the mode of social coexistence, accentuating pedagogically to social institutions such as citizenship, the State, the school, the family that are main actors in mental consciousness in each subject, because they interfere in their personal development, stimulating relationship actions. Actions, which of course must be constructivists and unauthoritarian, in order to prevent these same institutions and social organizations that support the subject to live on society, are not the same generators of mental problems or disorders in people. In the same way, it is pertinent to mention that these psyche problems are not only due to external factors and social relationships, also in many cases, these difficulties are present due to complex interactions between intrapersonal, psychological and biological factors, an exampleThis is those who have crossed adverse circumstances (mourning, diseases, psychological trauma) now, from the above, it should also be mentioned that the vision of not finding a response and meaning to the problem posed and in the same way is understandable that it is understandable that it is understandable that it is understandable that it is understandable that it is understandable thatthere are people who do not find that sense or reasoning with reference to their existence.

Finally, with the purpose of concluding and endorsing my perspective, regarding the enigmatic feeling of going aimDetermined to be able to resume that intrinsal intrinsal process that must necessarily be established in the motor, cognitive, psychological and social development of a human being to know themselves. In fact, Phelps is the clear example of all this problem addressed from the social sphere, since he had problems in his professional career with his coach, in the family due to the problems with his father and in the personal sphere throughout thetrauma that he acquired and that was referenced day by day in his life which led to that immersed in that state of loss. It is clear, personal development is needed so as not to be shipwrecked during the rest of his life, a wreck that could lead to the decision to end his life. Are everyone in that shipwreck? Personally I think not all, but at some point we are all.
