Personal SWOT
The first part of the assignment provided information on the analysis of various strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The outcome of a SWOT analysis involves taking action on the elements in each domain to determine the possible areas for improvement. In the domain of strengths, the two elements that ranked as high priority included leadership abilities and problem-solving abilities which are my critical strengths. The actions that I took to build on my leadership capabilities included reading books and watching videos of inspirational leaders (Buckingham & Clifton, 2001). The motivation of the influential leaders did work in improving my leadership capabilities. The work on my strength of problem-solving included the uptake of various challenges and problems that included assisting colleagues and instructors also proved fruitful.
In the domain of weaknesses, the first weakness is my inability to work with individuals possessing extreme personalities. My work on this weakness involved challenging myself to imitate some of the extreme personalities, but the initiative did not work. The second weakness is that of being ineffective in high-pressure work and learning environments. For this weakness, the measures I took included relaxation exercises that would allow me to focus under high-pressure and the initiative worked (Buckingham & Clifton, 2001).
The first opportunity that requires consideration is the available online resources that I often underutilize.

Wait! Personal Swot paper is just an example!

The work on this opportunity included reading publications on the use of the internet and incorporating the insights into my education, a process that worked. A second opportunity is the utility of different avenues of communication, to which end I challenge myself to implement all the available channels in different interaction settings. The variation of communication avenues to suit the situation worked since I communicated differently with my instructors and colleagues.
In the domain of threats, an element worth considering is the additional workload that gives me pressure. My work on this element involved clearing my schedule and avoiding procrastination so that I have sufficient time for the pressure of added work and the measure worked (Buckingham & Clifton, 2001). The second element is sabotaging my process of learning. The measures to counter the threat included creating goals, and they worked in allowing me to focus.
