Take the following Personality Test, modeled after the Myers-Briggs Personality Type.https://www.16personalities.com/free-personality-testDescribe your results from the test. Do you agree with your results? Why or why not?
From the results of the test, it depicts that I am, introvert, observant, a thinking person, a judging and an assertive person. I agree with the results; this is because it clearly depicts who I am. Since am a reticent and shy person generally, it illustrates that l am an introvert. From the results, I am an observative person since I usually focus on the actual world thinks and things which are happening around me. I also have a thinking personality since I like putting a lot of effort when it comes to impersonal facts and objective principles. Also, I want things to be neat and orderly this is clearly depicted by the judging personality. I am also willing to defend myself from people who are aggressive on me, hence having an assertive character. To finalize, from the test it clearly shows that I am a confident individual.
What, if anything, surprised you while reading about your personality type? What did you learn about yourself? How does this fit in with our textbook reading this week? (Be sure to cite the textbook using APA-formatted in-text citations and include a reference page.)
What surprised me about my personality is that I could relate to all personality types which came out as a result of taking the personality test.

Wait! Personality paper is just an example!

I tried to find one which could fit me correctly, but I became frustrated since I could not find one which could fit me well. What I learn about myself is that I am a multi-personality person (Holland, L 77). This fits our textbook reading this week since it clearly makes me understand who am I in the society, and the decision I am making is based on a certain personality test.
In what ways does your personality fit with your chosen career or Career Pathway? How might you approach your chosen career a bit differently, now that you have a greater understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of your personality? For example:Social Behavioral Sciences & Human Services (SBSHS): Are you better suited as a crisis counselor or an art therapist? An addictions specialist or a school counselor?
By understanding my personality type, I can understand the roles which are best suited for me is by applying my personality test I will be able to my strengths when it comes to my career path. Having learned about my personality test will enable me to exhibit self-control in my career. After taking the personality test I think a am not fit to be a counselor, this is because from my test the result does not show of qualities which are needed for a counselor.
