PERSONALITY TEST
A personality test is a way of assessing human personality constructions. These tests do not require laid down machines or equipment but only need self-report questionnaires since they are introspective. The personalities are then rated based on an established scale for comparison.
Jung Typology Test.
This is a free personality test which forms its base of argument from Carl Jung and Isabel’s personality theory. Blutner, R., & Hochnadel, E. (2010). From the Jung Typology test, I have slight preference introversion over extraversion, I am a person who only loves being around my friends, and I find it difficult in most cases to develop or meet new friends. Secondly, I always believe and trust my instincts way better than my senses; this is because my abilities do not lie and I perceive everything to be relative in my point of view. My feelings outweigh my thinking, I have compassion for nature, humanity and even to my spiritual being. I always consider myself to be in the same position whenever faced with a difficult choice to make therefore having a soul that cares for humanity. Finally, I believe in justice and trust that everything happens with a reason. I prefer judgment rather than perception I am therefore an ENFJ.
I firmly believe with the results based on the fact that I have a soul that cares for humanity and I always feel in my instinct and self-confidence. My mother Mary knows me very well and at some point, benefited on my instincts thereby having trust in my abilities.

Wait! Personality Test paper is just an example!

Sometimes back as we were about to sleep in the night I felt through my knowledge that the door was not locked and warned her about the same, when we woke up the following morning, our neighbor Mr. Omar had been robbed.
On the Ted Talk, extroverts are considered conducive and agreeable to working with other people. Extroverts are consequential and intriguing, therefore, help us to understand nature, they require stimulation either from parties or social events. The kind of communication between introvert and extrovert also vary. Introverts love quiet places and can sometimes be mistaken to be antisocial which is usually not the case. We, therefore, are not always what we seem to be, people bare different personalities.
“The Big Five”
From the above test, it dictates that I am an open-minded person and ready to share new ideas, my conscious is very clear and can be relied upon. I am a relatively friendly person, and sometimes I enjoy other people’s company. I am agreeable because I consider other people’s feelings too, on top of this, I am a relaxed person. Employers may find me a successful employ since I am always open to new ideas, well organized and calm no matter the situation.
A different nature about myself that I would likely want to improve is on how I interact with other people; I would want to improve on my scope of interaction by finding time to spend with different individuals to make friendship.
