In the normal context of the human being, there are certain behaviors that people have over a particular group of people in the community. This can be based on specific things such as the social schemas that people nurture with them as time goes by. The factors that build this kind of behaviors in the society is the experience that people pass through or even the social influence that they have with a particular group of people in the community. Prejudice is the possession of a negative attitude toward individual members of the community. The emotions that people build within themselves cannot even be justified. In modern society, prejudice and the matters that are associated with discrimination are deemed to be inappropriate (Barone, 3). This emotions still exist in certain people, and the magnitude of the hate vary from one person to the other.
The attitude of prejudice is defined as the composite of the factors that cause the influence on social things. These are the issues the drives a person to have the certain stereotype. The observable actions of a person define whether he or she has discriminatory behaviors over other people within the same group or even in the entire community. There is a different level of prejudice that marks certain beliefs of an individual. The factor that puts one in the position of discrimination is structured mentally, and this influence how a person judges or interpret different scenarios.

The ideas that are conceived by a specific group of people in the community seems to be much skewed based on the interpretation that they have after observing behaviors of others. The hate that one has over specific group can be hidden (Baird and Stuart 3).
The other matters that define the level of prejudice are the environment that a person has grown up. This influence even the character of the individual and it remain undetected. For instance, a person can act to be non- prejudice at a point when the situation that they are in does not require them. The social norms of the society also strengthen the prejudice in a case where they are ambiguous (Baird and Stuart 3).
In the other approach, social-cultural indicate that the cultural issues that influence the behaviors are created by the social norms, and this plays a better part on how a person has prejudice view on other or a group. Prejudice can also be termed as the scapegoat that people are using to channel their emotional whenever they get angry for instance in the case of World War II at Japan.
Unequal level of discrimination can be based on the membership. This is the creation of an individual perception that may even end up being chronic to the society or an individual. For instance, as it was for the case of the Rwandan genocide in the year 1994. Stereotyping marks a perception that one uses to evaluate the behaviors of the other people. This can even affect the different forms of information from the brain. The generalization of the news due to judgment makes one interprets the information even wrongly and end up at the highest point of discrimination others. The act of dehumanization in the real sense is termed psychological. The purpose of hate is to dehumanize the enemies.
