In most cases, it is not often about the nail. Here, the nail metaphorically represents any concern, frustration or worries. What I understood from the video “It’s not about the Nail” is that when women are faced with a problem, they share the problem with their significant other just to be heard. Men in such situation rush in an attempt to fix the problem because that is what they like doing because some issues cannot be fixed. Although it may seem like a headache could be resolved by yanking the nail from her forehead some women only need a listening ear.
Regarding “Men versus Women Shopping Behavior” by Don McMillan, we can simply conclude that women are gatherers while men are hunters. Where it takes the husband six minutes and costs him 33 bucks, it takes the wife 3hrs 36 minutes and costs her 876 dollars, and she never gets to the gap. Here, we can simply deduce that women like taking their time, unlike men who are always in a rush.
Moreover, about “Men and women humor,” it is quite interesting how men rarely laugh at jokes. Even though a joke is funny, men seldom admit it is funny. Women, on the other hand, are great expressers of feelings and would readily laugh at anything funny. I really like this about women. Correspondingly, from “Men’s Brain’s Women’s Brain’s” I agree with Mark Gungor that men and women are wired differently.

Lastly, from our final video of a scene extracted from “The Office” Season 9 Episode 7, we meet Dwight who is confronted for not listening actively (Taylor, 2013). Apparently, according to his female colleagues, listening actively involves expressions of emotional gestures that shows that one is indeed listening. The above only serves to reinforce our earlier conclusion that women are better expressers of emotions.
