1. The primary business of this company is selling/ doing customizable hoodies. We also do tailor the hoodies according to the specifications of the customer. In short, the company does customization for the product. The main reason for doing this is to increase our sales through putting the customer at the center for all our activities. This is an excellent tool in business since it enhances customer experience with the products which helps in retaining the old and attracting new clients. Each of the hoodies draws a 33£ cost of production. It is, however, sold at a price of 55 £. The specific brand name for the product is ‘skazka.’ To boost the revenues desired in this company through the sale of the hoodies, the right marketing, and promotional strategies are pertinent. This is helpful in the creation of brand awareness and enhancing profitability for the company. In this regard, the firm selects social media to be the right tool that will be used as the marketing strategy. The main reason for the choice of this platform is that it is modern and relevant. It is also on this platform where the business is going to reach the target customers more efficiently. Many people in the contemporary society have embraced social media for receiving information. Research shows that youths, who are the primary target for this business use and believe in information from this platform. To emphasize and stress the importance and quality of the hoodies, the company will prefer to utilize prominent people in the advertising.

This kind of professional advertising wins many clients since the target customers like to identify with this kind of personalities. The customization plan is the right tool for promoting the product (Cope et al. 30)

Possible Challenges
Before launching a product into the market, serious research and feasibility studies have to be done. This company may be faced with the problem of not gauging the right customers for the hoodies even after field study. Another hurdle to be met is that the potential target market does not usually make the real customers for the business. In this case, the target market may not be attracted to the product. Sometimes, failure to make sales even if the hoodies are quality and affordable may be a challenge. Severe competition from rival firms may also pose a risk to the business especially if they offer similar goods and services.
3. The only way that I will agree with Belbin is that the model embraces teamwork in the dispensation of individual roles and activities. However, my Profile this module up to date has not been ostensibly in my actions and performance as a human resource. This is because I exist to develop teams and not only to select them as emphasized in this model. Many organizations cannot conduct inter-group transfers. Otherwise, workers will be demotivated. The model underpins that teams are confined to one category. This may not be practical. The model prevents one from being responsible for any task that he or she had not been given. In the current business environment that is fast-paced, the flexibility of roles is allowed, and I fall into the category of the staff that embraces this phenomenon. The activities of a person are bound to change depending on urgency and importance to the fulfillment of company objectives. This means that the roles of the team members should be flexible and not rigid as premised on the Belbin model (Cope et al. 30).
4. My input as the team’s HR has been tremendous in the organization. In the dispensation of my role, I applied the 4 m’s framework, that is, materials, money, machines, and men. I have been able to procure the devices for the printing/ customization of the hoodies. I have also ensured that the right materials were gathered in making sure that the right items are produced in the company, designed roles and deployed men to do work in the organization. Moreover, I have confirmed that the workers are paid, and the finances allocated to me have been used wisely. However, I discovered that the machines bought for customizing the hoodies were not modern even though the sample products made look relatively good. In the subsequent period, I will make sure that new technology is used in the production and customization of the hoodies. This is because it will be able to provide various colors on the hoodies that will be attractive to the prospective clients of the business. Furthermore, the use of modern tools helps the industry to build a competitive edge in the face of its competitors. Another activity that I forgot to perform is providing adequate training to the employees that could have beefed up their speed in the manufacturing of the commodity. The employees took relatively long time to get things done in the organization. Nonetheless, I will make sure that this mistake is rectified in future.
