Abstract
The basis of any strong leadership ability is based on building a concrete relationship with people. In leadership, there are always individuals who aspire to rule while there are people who are comfortable in the act of following (Kouzes, & Posner, 2006). A relationship may be based on a one-to-one or even one-to-many. Therefore, despite the numbers, a leader is required to have knowledge of relationship building abilities through mobilizing other individuals to believe on a shared struggled for aspirations. The primary concepts of an exemplary leader include encouraging the heart, influencing other people to act, modeling the way, challenging the process, and inspiring a shared objective that project global prosperity (Kouzes, & Posner, 2006). Saud bin Faisal managed to portray all of these qualities in his reign as the long lasting foreign minister in the global. Even though Saud bin Faisal died leaving behind the Arab world with their perennial crisis such as Egypt uncertain political transition, the civil war in both Iraq and Syria, and the endless chaos experienced in Libya or Yemen that he had failed to solved. It was his dream and ambition to ensure the Middle East was peaceful.

Therefore, it is paramount for leaders to be confident and support their beliefs so that people can project them as credible individuals (Kouzes, & Posner, 2006).
Prince Saud Al-Faisal was a popular Saudi Arabian appointed foreign minister who handled diplomatic affairs for the longest term. Being appointed to office 1975, the long-serving foreign minister served four distinctive Saudi Kings in the quest of advancing and establishing the Kingdom policy to other nations. He was very vocal in condemning the 911 attack claim that the Saudi government was behind the American people (bin Abdul Aziz, & Saud, 2013). Many factors show that Saud Al-Faisal had personal credibility. For instance, he had acquired vast knowledge of Western politics and was also a perfect English communicator. These qualifications made him the right person to represent Saudi Arabia`s interest in the global platform. Furthermore, he served under the foreign minister position for more than forty years. This means that the Saudi Arabia society trusted him in issues pertaining to diplomacy. Additionally, Saud bin Faisal has always projected the image of peace. This means he valued the element of peace in the middle-east and that is why he conducted numerous peace meetings aimed at reuniting Israeli, Iraq, Lebanon, Palestine, Kuwait, and Iran (bin Abdul Aziz, & Saud, 2013).
Contrarily, another concept of an exemplary leader is that he or she should inspire a shared objective that projects global prosperity (Kouzes, & Posner, 2006). This is achieved by incorporating other people in decision-making activities that will guarantee a common goal. This is effective when you appeal to the shared aspiration between the involved parties. For a shared vision to be practical, it has to be ideal, future-oriented, unique, serve a common purpose and project a vivid image of the situation (Kouzes, & Posner, 2006). He was also active in the Palestinian intifadas that surfaced both in the year 2000 and in 1987. Moreover, in 1980, he supported Iraq when they battled Iran (Naar, 2015). However, the coalition ended in 1990 when Iraq invaded the small nation of Kuwait. Lastly, Saud bin Faisal spearheaded the occupation of Iraq. This was successively assisted by the United States coalition with the Saudi government (Naar, 2015). This shows that Saud bin Faisal was the only person who had the knowledge and experience to inspire the image of peace in the entire Middle East.
Simultaneously, the next concept of an exemplary leader is that he or she should challenge the process laid down. This incorporates the act of searching for opportunities through means like seeking better methods of transforming, improve and developing production methods (Kouzes, & Posner, 2006). In addition to that, a leader can achieve this through venturing into risks that guarantee a chance to learn from mistake seen in the experiment. Alternatively, it also involves questioning the status quo and influencing people to adopt new ideas that are set outside the boundaries of the firm.
