I made a telephone call to Verizon Store to purchase the Samsung 4G LTE Network Extender. The gadget is one that a person can use to connect to wireless internet across longer distances. Precisely, the 4G LTE connection for this device covers up to 7500 square feet and support a maximum of 14 devices on wireless networks (Verizon n.p.). I believed that this was the best device I could use for home internet connection purposes.
Name of Salesperson
A sales agent by the name Jessica answered my telephone call and expressed willingness to help me with the purchase process. The salesperson welcomed be to Verizon Store and allowed me to explain into details what product I wanted to purchase.
Introduction/Rapport
Upon answering my call, the salesperson introduced herself as Jessica and also confirmed that I called the right numbers; that I was at Verizon Store. Jessica then politely asked what my name was and how she could assist me for the day.
Needs Discovery
I asked Jessica for a device that could allow me to connect to at least 10 devices via Wi-Fi. She then told me that Verizon has several devices that could match my needs. To narrow down on my specific needs, she asked me if I had a brand in mind, and the strength of the connection; either 3G or 4G. She also asked me if the connections were to be based on Wi-Fi purely or both Wi-Fi and Ethernet. I had a preference for Samsung and also wanted a product that could only support wireless connections.

Presentation and Transferring Features to Benefits
The store had the exact product that met my needs. Given that the device supported up to 14 mobile devices via Wi-Fi networks, this was the ideal gadget for my home.
Close and Purchase Decision
At the end of the conversation, the salesperson asked me if I was comfortable and willing to make a purchase decision. The product could be delivered free of charge within 24 hours of payment verification. Indeed, I placed an order for the gadget.
Overall Experience
Overall, I would rate the service at a 4.8/5 because the agent was very responsive to my inquiries. The only challenge experience is that I had to wait for long for my call to be answered.
