Secularism and religious freedom

Surgery is a political and social uprising that protects people’s freedom of knowledge and supports the secularism of the State, in other words, defends that the State must organize in such a way that it guarantees the legal equality of people whatever their belief , your gender, your ideas. It is the basis of all freedoms. It consists of the freedom to think, express, choose, practice any of the convictions or beliefs. Freedom of conscience must be guaranteed and regulated by the secular state. It should not be confused with religious freedom. Religious freedom preserves the right of individuals to practice any religion, but excludes those who possess other non -religious beliefs.

The founder of secularization has its origin in the French Revolution, in 1789. Almost a century later, Mexican liberals undertook political actions, through reform laws to separate institutions from the state of the Catholic Church. The predominance of the Church was almost absolute, which caused the hierarchy to resist losing material or ideological domain over institutions such as health, education or even the record of births, marriage and deaths.

Surgery defends the separation between the churches and the State not by hostility towards religions, but as a guarantee of equality of all, does not prohibit religions but places them in the private sphere and prevent them from mixing in the institutions or organisms of the State. Surgery differentiates the public sphere of the private in order to establish a framework of neutrality, independence, of non -interference of particular powers or interests that may attempt against the general purposes.

Wait! Secularism And Religious Freedom paper is just an example!

However, the gigantic and aggressive religious activity fulfilled by the Church, has had the vigor necessary to respond to Catholicism that has intended to become a political actor and claim spaces that exceed the margins of tolerance and freedom of thought by pretending to regulate life personal and oppress citizen life.

Secularism is heritage of popular sovereignty and the self-determination of men and women, because it allows the emancipation of all those dark powers that limit justice, freedom, educational and religious, and the expression of all contemporary ethical projects. In a society that must stimulate individual freedom and the right to free political consciousness, political authoritarianism or religious dogmatism cannot have a place.

I need to work a lot; that’s why I really didn’t have a single minute to focus on my thesis writing. These guys from Essay-samples are real saviors. I don’t know how they knew what my professor expected to receive, but they definitely succeeded.
