To start we will define what is sexuality? Sexuality is one of the most important aspects of human personality. It covers all biological, behavioral, clinical, cultural, social, moral and religious aspects, starting with conception and continuing throughout life, which commonly takes leadership and importance in adolescence, phase in which we are allowed to exploreand accept that "new phase" of us. 

Developing

Sexuality is part of the development of people, but formerly a stage was considered in which many precautions had to beestablishments and family. However, in recent years there have been very rapid social changes, giving rise to great differences between what grandparents/parents think and the actions and thinking of adolescents.

Sexuality is one of the issues that have always disturbed most people and for a long time it was something that generated enormous discomfort to speak it, because it was directly related to sex which was something that should be mentioned onlyIn adulthood so it was decided to reduce the word sexuality and everything that implies its minimum expression. 

The feeling of discomfort generated in parents when addressing the issue makes communication with their children difficult, due to the lack of tools, information and training that the adolescent requires at that time and is not granted.

The great influence taken by the media on this must also be taken into account, due to the fact that as some parents do not touch the subject and information delivered in the establishment of basic/middle education are insufficient, where, sometimes, sometimes,An erroneous concept or important information is transmitted without delivering the tools so that these data are handled or without some type of warning in case there are negative consequences.

All societies mold, structure and restrict the development and expression of sexuality among its members.

The main objectives that children should take into account in relation to sexuality are: accept our sexual identity, our body, accept our heterosexual, homosexual or bisexual orientation and enjoy sexual activity. The only way to encourage well -being and security of this is that parents prepare and explain since childhood normal changes in their bodies, the attack exerted by the pressure of the classmates and the deceptive attractions of advertising.

With relevant and efficient sexual education, young people would be instructed to live their sexuality in a healthy, ethical, satisfactory and freedom way, which also allows a reaffirmation of sexual and personal identity, leading adolescents to have greater interest inerotic issues, looking for information on the development of their sexual organs, sexual behaviors, etc. Mostly psychological aspects (emotions, attitudes, motivations) and social conditioning (the process that allows us to learn the expectations and norms of our social group) decisively affect the attitudes, values and sexual behaviors.

The problem lies in sexual education that is really taught, which is done from a scientific point of view, which leads us to the understanding of sexuality as a set of anatomical, psychological and physiological conditions, being understood from this approach asa transmission of information to promote birth control and sexual actions that endanger health and although this observation is not wrong

It is a sexual dimension in a central aspect of human experience that cannot only refer to instinctive programming events in nature, but also to an integral concept with personal and social meaning and that education in sexual and emotional issues proved to be acrucial element to acquire knowledge and skills that benefit young people. Obtaining autonomy supporting reflection and making informed decisions on the experience of sexuality.
