Simple cuboidal epithelium tissue
The simple epithelial tissue is cells which can withstand damage or injuries when affected. They are one of the specialized cells found in the human body. They are found in organs which release specific substances such as the salivary organs and the thyroid follicles. The epithelial tissues are specific tissues which cover the body surfaces against any injury. Epithelial cells fill in as particular obstructions between the earth and the interior structures of the human body.
It is situated in ducts (tubes) of organs that perform emission, assimilation, or both. Cases of discharge incorporate the thyroid organ, which secretes the thyroid hormone straightforwardly into the circulatory system (called endocrine organ). Discharge is additionally performed by the channels of the sweat and salivary organs, which discharge their liquids into conduits (called exocrine organ). The tubules found in the kidneys utilize the simple cuboidal epithelium to perform both, retention and emission of substances. The tubules found in the kidneys utilize the simple cuboidal epithelium to perform both, retention and emission of substances (Novak et al., 2013).
Most secretory cells, which are the genuine parts of organs that deliver substances, are a piece of the simple cuboidal epithelium. It is available in the convoluted tubules and gathering channel, which is parts of moment units of the kidney, called ‘nephrons.

Wait! Simple cuboidal epithelium tissue paper is just an example!

‘ Here, they help in the arrangement of pee, by discharging and retaining substances which are sifted by the kidneys (Cao, Bindslev & Kjærgaard, 2015). Its semi-permeable nature additionally proves to be useful.
The germinal epithelium that covers the ovary is additionally a kind of basic cuboidal epithelium, as is the germinal epithelium in the testicles (in the seminiferous tubule). In the ovary, this epithelium assumes an important part in the advancement and arrival of the egg from the ovary, and consequently its name (germ cell = egg). In the testicles, this layer assumes an essential part in the advancement of sperms. The significance of the straightforward cuboidal epithelium is clear by it’s across the board nearness in our body. It assumes a part of everything, appropriate from basic undertakings like delivering sweat, to more intricate ones like separating substances in the kidneys and creating germ cells in the body.
For treatment of mild cases, keeping the infected area moist with lotion, and creams tend to help a lot (Mathis et al., 2015). It’s in conjunction with medicated shampoos, ultraviolet light, and medication. Psoriasis symptoms can disappear for the time being and then return.
Epithelial cells are not your typical cells. They cover a large amount of internal and external surfaces of a being. They have different types of epithelial cells all performing similar but different functions. They also can cause destruction when the cells become abnormal and multiply continuously (Cohen, Taslidere & Murthy, 2011).

Method/Procedure used in the lab
The methods which were employed include molecular pathology, flow cytometry, and cytogenetics. Molecular pathology is one of the common methods used in analyzing specimens in the laboratory. Flow cytometry was used in this is the case to analyses both the physical and chemical compositions of the lab sample. Cytogenetic is a technique to analyze the G banded tissues found in the human body. These cells are the main components of the simple cuboidal epithelia. The thin cells were first observed using this method before identifying any other cell components. The simple cuboidal epithelial cells were labeled with many lasers which emitted light at a varying wavelength. It employs the techniques of investigating specific genomic targets from various lab samples. In this lab report, the tools and materials used were microscopes for tools, materials were mammal kidney, papilla Tirumala, intestines and the pancreas. Mammalian kidney consists of the endothelium blood vessels. Epithelia tissues are the compounds of the endothelium vessels of the basal membrane and the simple cuboidal epithelial membrane. The basal membrane has the connective tissues which lay an important role body protection. However, the epithelial tissues function as the secretion and selective tissue to most of the metabolic body functions.
Kidney samples were collected from the animal. Animal dissection was done to collect the sample for the practical. The samples were stained for clarity and to produce the best results. The sample was later placed on the macroscopic slide for observation. Very thin microscopic specimens were observed in the electron microscope.
Results/Observations
After I prepared the mammalian kidney on the watch glass, I carefully observed the epithelial tissues from the vessels. I watched the nucleus of the epithelial cells which were thin and long. It contains the endothelium tissues and the basal membrane. There were tubule contortions of the kidney; they consist of the lumen and the epithelium cells. They had segmented structures, thin and more tubular.
From the observations made above, it can be concluded that simple cuboidal epithelial tissues which comprise of the thin tissues with the same strength and having a solid shape, in addition, it appears to have a hexagonal molded shape having a circular nucleus. The nucleus, in this case, forms a plate. The plate gives the tissues a direction of the basal membrane which remains intact to the compound cells.
Specialized cuboidal epithelial tissues have a specific function basing on their structures. They are composed of the cuboidal, ciliated and the columnar epithelial cells.
This tissue is made out of quite prolonged columnar epithelial cells. Every cell bears various cilia at the free surface. Likewise, this tissue is made out of the changed type of columnar cells and since quite a while ago, stretched neurosensory cells. Tips of each neurosensory cell comprise of hair like structure, which is known as tactile hairs and is delicate. Simple cuboidal epithelial tissue ordinarily works as a covering or coating for organs and different tissues (for example, skin, mucous layers, pleural cavity among others). Simple cuboidal epithelial cells fill in as particular obstructions between the earth and the interior structures of the body. They shield fundamental tissues from drying, and from mechanical and synthetic damage. Tight intersections between singular cells assume an imperative part in the hindrance capacity of the epithelium. Some boundary epithelial cells have motile cilia that push liquid or particulate issue over tissue surfaces. Some exceptionally specific cuboidal epithelial cells (myoepithelial) contain the contractile proteins myosin and acting like the muscle. Myoepithelial is related to the channels of sweat, salivary, lacrimal, and mammary organs and aid the secretory procedures (Moor et al., 2017).
Symptoms of Fibromyalgia include
Widespread pain in the entire body
Jaw pains and the sometimes stiffness. In another case, it causes pain and tiredness especially muscles of the face and the adjacent fibrous tissues.
Irregular pattern of sleep
In women, it causes painful menstrual cycles or periods.
This kind of symptoms appears at one time in the entire lifetime of an individual.
When an individual becomes old, the functioning of the epithelial tissues is affected because the process of cell division in such an individual is limited as compared to young ones. Thus the muscles become weak at old age (Yamskova et al., 2009). On gender, the male has a more active epithelial tissue as compared to women. It happens like this because the male has more muscles in the body than women who have more fat. This gender differences thus affects the way cuboidal epithelial cells function in the human body. For those who take alcohol, their epithelial cells are weak. This is because alcohol affects the way human body functions. With excessive alcohol in the body, muscles become weak thus affecting the normal cell functions.
Conclusion
Conclusively, simple cuboidal epithelium performs both, retention and emission of substances; it is one of the structures which allows absorption and diffusion process to take place in human body. The human body has complex groups of tissues composed of the simple cuboidal epithelium which helps in the lining of the internal areas of the human body.
