According to the WHO are alcoholics those who drink excessively and whose dependence has reached such a degree, which determines the appearance of visible interpersonal, physical and inappropriate disturbances of social and economic functioning.’(Schaffer. 20014) These can be characterized by relying on this substance both physically and psychologically, which causes it a very large disability when having to stop, since when it stops consuming them, it begins to have symptoms of abstinence. It is also important to be able to difference between "common" drunken.

According to several data registered throughout history, alcohol is one of the most common health risks in adolescents and most consumerists are between fifteenth and first of high school and of these, the vast majority havehad bad experience with alcohol.

The consumption of alcohol in adolescents unfortunately goes hand in hand with violent behaviors, because thanks to this drink, the individual tends to have a more aggressive and severe behavior, it has been shown that the girls consume alcohol, tobacco and tranquilizers, more frequently but in lower quantMoment of ingesting more drugs, man increases in his aggressive behavior.

There are several factors that make the teenager the desire to consume these substances, these are not only the typical sayings, such as pleasure or fun, but goes beyond those typical reasons that we hear. One of the factors associated with alcohol consumption is early biological maturation, where early puberty (especially in girls) is associated, with the beginning in substance consumption (Méndez and Muñoz, 2008) one of the most logical explanationsThat this has been given that when a girl enters puberty at an early age, they get friends older to them, thus attracting the opposite sex of older and with this the risk of alcohol consumption is increased, since when facedTo new experiences like this makes the ingestion of substances to impress are very often among the people around them. In children it is different, since in that the pressure of friends and the induction of the family environment stand out, mainly by the father, when he offers a drink as an attempt to induce him to the “male habits” (Ramírez and Andrade, 2005).

Another factor that could be associated with the consumption of alcohol in adolescents is exposure to commercials or propagandas on television on alcoholic beverages and the refreshing that can be, these are usually accompanied by striking images trying to make themcan reach a large part of the population and thus, these companies that produce these substances earn strong amounts of money when they are sold with great success in the different places.

The last factor that could mention is the social factor, that is, the influence of the social environment in the individual, this is predominant in alcohol consumption because, friendships, closest pairs, couples or either the same family usually arrivesTo become one of the greatest influences to fall into this trend. Consuming these substances is part of a selection and even a socialization among friendships, since people tend to believe that there must be approval by their classmates in order to avoid social exclusion by those who do consume.

The excessive consumption of this substance by being harmful to the organism also affects the psychological part of those who are consuming it to the fact that they usually present associated psychiatric syndromes, especially anxiety and depression, which are often induced or aggravated by disorders by theOwn alcohol consumption and that tend to improve in a few weeks, when the patient has performed detoxification treatment and manages to remain in remission of their alcoholism. (Casas and Guardia, 2002) These patients usually have a greater risk of psychosocial problems, relapses and suicidal, this is due to the magnitude in the reaction caused by the exaggerated consumption of these substances, taking into account this this is seen the most appropriate treatmentFor the person and thus be able to avoid a fatal outcome.

Like any disease, excessive consumption of alcohol and such substance, leads to several negative consequences is people, such as: water ethyl poisoning, school problems, sex without planning, traffic accidents, affective problems and even legal problems. Several studies have also proven that the teenagers who consume are the least self – esteem, that already makes it a psychological problem that should begin to be controlled, since this is a very large irrigation factor, since self – esteem is foundThreatened by a negative event, there is an increase in anxiety levels, the individual reacts looking for other alternatives to face the situation, in many cases they derive for poorly or harmful health forms, as is the case with alcohol consumption(Aguirre and Castillo, 2010)

In conclusion we can say that the family, school and social medium are three of the elements that are in more communication with adolescents and these, they are also usually one of the causes for adolescents to consume these substances since due to the pressureSocial, the influence of the family or the simple fact of seeking fun, they make individuals seek alcohol as a basis to sustain all that, young people of this time, have the need to consume it due to several things, these can be:fun, which seek to be accepted in a group or by always having a bad day. This is a worldwide problem that should be changed, since thanks to the consumption of this substance, several people of the generations are being lost due to the consequences of them.
