Culture is an organization unifier through shared beliefs, experiences, and values which makes a company unique. An organizational culture usually provides a sense of belonging to employees, that way supporting the overall mission of the company. When a unifying culture miss, there could be resultant conflicts taking a heavy toll on the business, its customers or investors. Leaders take steps as ensuring clear communication, assessing organizational plans, uncovering shared interest and fostering collaboration to create a strong culture and unify teams (Chitrakar, 2017, 17). To build a unifying culture takes a lot of work and demands collective commitment.
Typically, there exist challenges and opportunities created by a strong culture in an organization. One of the challenges involves a lot of effort in maintaining the formed culture (Ramdhani, Ramdhani & Ainissyifa, 2017, 826). To preserve a developed culture is not easy, it requires solid actions like increasing employee engagement, to ensure a reflection on a company’s culture. Another challenge is to involve all team members while providing all employees feel like a part of the culture process. Again, involving all employee may not be easy as it requires fostering a common organizational behavior which might be hard, especially when working with individuals from various backgrounds.
One of the significant opportunities to reap from a solidly built culture is a brand-new identity.

Toyota has distinct features which are shaped from unique culture and are indicators of a well-facilitated organizational learning.
