Dear Ian Steve,
Hello, Ian, it’s been a long time since we last met. Apart from offering my gratitude for your effort during the interview, we had eight months ago I also take this chance to apologize for taking that long to appreciate your efforts. What made me take time to thank you was my desire to meet you once again and to offer you a present for the work well done. Nevertheless, due to family issues, I kept on postponing. Today I have decided to draft this letter which I believe is part of the appreciation you deserve.
It was great speaking with you about an accounting career and your position at the company. I sincerely enjoyed meeting with you and appreciate the information you offered me about the accounting profession. Secondly, I appreciate the sacrifice you made so that you answer all the questions I had effectively. The career as you presented it seems favorable and matches my ability and interest. The creative approach and the selection of words you used to answer my questions confirmed my desire to be an accounting professional like you are. That information has been critical and has impacted me positively and that the reason I have opted to write this appreciation letter.
I was particularly pleased with the information about the skills that are required in this accounting sector. Also, that content on the requirement of accounting personnel was valuable.

That information has greatly helped in that it exposed me to the skills employers look for while they are recruiting an employee thus I have been able to exercise those skills (Herzberg 41). That information has boosted my knowledge of what is required of an accounting professional therefore I feel confident to perform an accounting job effectively once given a chance.
I am a graduate of the University of Florida, and I have a degree in accounting. I have been working for Allstar Company since 2010, and during that period I have played different roles in the organization. When I was employed, I was assigned the duty of a cashier, but in 2015 I was promoted to be the head accountant of the institution. In this new role, I have been able to supervise those in the same department and to meet most of the guests who visit the institution.
Allstar Company majors in investments and corporate financing. With our well-trained staff, we offer our clients with advisory services of where and what to invest in. Later after the client has selected a particular business idea, we go forward to finance the business until it has established. The ability of the company to support individuals to achieve their entrepreneurial dreams makes me to support the operation of this company fully.
Being the head accountant of Allstar Company, I have to arrive at the workstation very early whereby I overview that all the staff in my department are available. After that, I brief them about the duties of that day. Then the rest of the day I concentrate on supervising the roles carried out by the staff.
My dream was to become an entrepreneur. However, when I came to this company to seek their services I ended up opting to find a job at the company. The reason why I have stayed in the company for all those years is the success I have received from being a cashier to be the head accountant. Also, the progress we have achieved as a company of empowering individuals in the community has influenced me to continue with this job in this organization.
