INTRODUCTION

Currently everyone lives subject to organizations, this is the product of making good decisions made by people in charge who execute it responsible. For each thing that is done in life there must be a plan and carry out a self-assessment to know how organized the project is being carried out. Having the idea of a business is key to admiring successful markets, in order to have ambitious goals that are consistent so that they can be traced.

Defining company is a fruitful and taxed unit to develop an economic activity for profit. In our social link, the continuous creation of them is very common. On the other hand, an organization is a certain system that tries to obtain certain objectives, coordinating and optimizing the activities to be easier, both for customers and workers, thus, the organization of companies an administrative function that includes the structure,conformation and composition of the elements and resources of a company, as well as the establishment of its faculties and the correlation between these.

When mentioning an “adequate business organization,” we will be referring to everything that is referring to the aggrandizemember must perform vigorously and the relationships that interact with each other.

DEVELOPING

Organizations must be centered and know for what purpose they were created, that everything that is done is focused on their mission, achieving the objectives that have already been set, without leaving it aside for a new proposal that arises.

The organization basically refers to constituting what is projected and carried out so that the goals and objectives set are carried out, also represents how the functions, hierarchics and actions to be carried out should be, addresses what the organization chart is.
