This is the Draft UN Resolution on security for the countries between Nebula and Carzan
3 states member delegation: Nexas, Bulusi, and Rwaba
Recalling its primary responsibility for the maintenance of International peace and security in accordance to the United Nations’ charter,
Reaffirming its strong commitment to the sovereignty, independence, Unity, and to the purposes of the United Nations charter,
Recognizing that the interference of the Sovereign and democratic process such as elections can lead to both internal and external distress and conflict,
Greatly distressed by the allegation of Nebula’s interference on Carzan’s election through hacking of the election tallying and transmission machines,
Stressing that no one country has the right to illegally impose itself on another country’s election’s process,
Reaffirms that Nebula has no legal obligation to oversee Carzan’s electioneering process,
Stresses its demand on Nebula to cease hacking of Carzan’s national and departmental systems,
Calls on all states to take caution on the activities of its citizens on other nations to minimize such instances of hacking that compromises global peace,
Calls on both nations to work towards the resolution of the tension between them to prevent its escalation to other countries,
Confirms its determination to help the two nations through negotiations and development of a peace agreement,
Request the Secretary General to report to the council on the progress of the negotiations after every one month,
Decides to remain seized of the matter.

There has been increased tension between Nebula and Carzan following allegations that Nebula hacked the electoral machinery of Carzan during the latter’s election.
The tension is increasingly escalating to a point where the two nations have started forming allies hinting at a third world war.
Therefore, the United Nations has an obligation to ensure that the two nations maintain peace in the long run.
The resolution takes into account the United Nations principle the sovereign equality of all the nations and the international law on the same (Araujo, 2000).
It also considers the requirements that all states solve their disputes in a peaceful way without any threats or the use of force or intimidation.
The resolution will ultimately ensure lasting peace between the two nations.
