Future Leaders

The position of leadership is one of the most difficult positions in the world at the same time being a leader is as well the most rewarding position across the globe. What sometimes becomes more challenging is the art of becoming a great leader who is well- respected, inspiring at the same time effective. Therefore, being a leader, one must have a clear idea of where he wants to go with the best vision in place and how best to share with others to inspire them (Roberts, & Westville, 2008). We can describe leaders as the people with a third eye who see beyond what others cannot see. They broadly look at the organization picture as a big and can see the next direction of the organization as it moves forward. It then means that a leader needs to be futuristic, a person who can see through the future of the organization and the world at large.
Therefore, to be honest, I must admit that being a leader is not a walk in the park but takes about everything necessary to give the best future for an organization. If leaders can achieve all these, then what is so special in them that they shine among the rest? Leadership talents make leaders outstand among the rest of the team members. Leaders are talented in a way that they have the self-confidence with them that allows them to have enough courage that sees them through taking risk decisions (Roberts, & Westville, 2008). And For this talent, it starts showing up the moment a person is a young child.

Wait! TIAS Scholarships for Future Leaders paper is just an example!

Another leadership talent is the boldness that enables them to go beyond to explore and push the limits of the initial areas into the new areas. In the world of business, boldness is one of the key factors that will see a business excel since the leaders allow the business was moving forward and breaks any form obstacle standing along.
Leaders try all means possible to win the trust of the team members so that they can believe in his or her vision he or she has for the organization. Leaders can achieve this by having the decisive mind and taking firm decisions when it comes to making various pronouncements (Roberts, & Westville, 2008). The decisions include all the aspects of the management. Leaders as well are talented in a way that they can engage others and do this almost perfectly. Since leadership involves having a third eye compared to team members, this allows the leader study the team and decide the best way to engage the team members. These are just among the tactics leaders use to make it easy for employees to reach them and consult on anything making decision making faster and accurate.
Leadership talents needed for the future leader are many, and all need to be demonstrated in the early stages of leadership as a person develops through the stages of leadership. Leaders are talented in a way that the energy they possess is not ordinary but powerful energy which they exude. The powerful energy exuded by the future leaders need to be positive and should be transmitted through actions and words (Roberts, & Westville, 2008). This allows them to think and speak only the success language. This particular leadership talent enables the leaders to acknowledge the presence of the challenges but looks forward to having those challenges solved. As seen earlier in the introduction part that being a leader involves looking into the future, being visionary is one of the strongest leadership talents that leaders possess. This involves seeing the future of the organization. One last talent of leadership is the possession of the social ability that allows leaders to be generous and understanding of others.
Leaders are special in such a way that they specialize differently depending on the leadership style they apply to get them succeed in leading. Personally, as a future leader, I have a leadership specialty in focusing on the results just like many other leaders. However, even as I do this, I highly regard the feelings of the employees which is more important in as much as keeping the leadership relationship with employees is concerned. By having my focus on the results, I believe the employees will follow all the laid down procedure, budget, and time scale that results in job effectiveness. To me, focusing on the results is more important and aims at task effectiveness and efficiency compared to trying to build relationships. Therefore, I prefer leadership specialties that focus on the results rather on building relationships. As a specialized leader in project management, I intend to see the results of any project that am in charge and submit a conclusive and comprehensive report that reflect the planning for the project. The samples may include the when am appointed as the head of the human resource department in the organization. Among my first tasks is to conduct a project that will see the old compensation and benefits package revamped. In this project, I will focus on the results based on the planning in place.
