There is a very thin line between people who accomplish great things in their lives and those who fail in their life to realize their full potential and hence see through their ambitions. Many things might come up in someone’s mind like it’s due to differences in intelligence, different in affinity to risks, creativity, among other things one would think to bring the difference. However, the difference between achievers and failures is just mindset.
Achievers believe in themselves and believe they can always improve and grow. They usually have a growth mindset. The fixed mindsets are static and do not embrace change. They believe that their abilities and their gifts are constant and, therefore, working hard to change their situation is all in vane (Stillman, Jessica). It is, therefore, for persons to transform their mindset and face the dynamics of life. There are some ways in which one can transform their mind; one is by taking mindset as a voice. In the privacy of once head, the mindset controls the way one talks to themselves. It is essential for one to embrace that inner voice that will always speak positively of their ability to achieve. As I approach this challenge, I believe I will manage. The next step is choosing growth. The way one interprets the challenges is by choice. Then always talk back to the fixed mindset. When it talks about inability, tell them yes it’s hard, but with some persistent, I can make it.
