Trump administration won’t defend ACA in a case brought by GOP states
On June 7, 2018, the Trump administration stated that they will not be supporting the “Affordable Care Act”, due to the recent legal disputes to its authorization (Goldstein 1). The administration claimed there are key parts in the ACA that should be invalidated and the personal mandate is unauthorized (De Vogue and Luhby 1). The filling of the case took place in February, when Texas and the other Republican-governed States filed a complaint in the “US District Court for the Northern District of Texas,” confronting the constitutionality of the ACA (Teichert 1). The new tax cuts excluded the individual mandate thus the argument is that the law can no longer stand on its own. There were states like California who are trying to save the ACA arguing that the Texas suit is unlawful and will cause havoc in healthcare (McGreevy 1). A retired lawyer called the actions of President Trump destabilizing and the ACA decision would eventually undermine citizens’ insurance market
Politics can be defined as the activities where groups reach necessary combined decisions by promising to reconcile conflicts among their citizens (Dalton 13). The Trump administration came together and decided that the ACA was not helping the people without the individual mandate hence it is unconstitutional. The political theory involves studying principles and concepts which individuals use in explaining, describing and evaluating the political institutions and events (Glynos and Howarth 10).

Wait! Trump administration won’t defend ACA in case brought by GOP states paper is just an example!

Reports claimed President Trump felt the penalties of the Obamacare were just taking money out of people’s pockets and that was cruel. He stated, “We repealed the core of disastrous Obamacare — the individual mandate is now gone” (Mangan 1). Political systems which include democracies, monarchies, and dictatorships answer the question of what the government has the power to do (Reynal-Querol 30). Being in charge of the government the Trump administration was within their rights to get rid of the ACA since they felt that it was no longer helping people. They wanted the law suspended during the proceedings but the judge did not agree to that. He stated that the individual mandate will be valid until 2019 when it would be removed.
