This organization operates through the funds of those countries. Previous countries are arms manufacturers. You can only continue buying and selling when benefits are lost in the poorest countries. Because if the poorest countries had the option of self-control over their resources, they would put their eyes in the eyes of these large countries and would not allow their resources to be used indiscriminately.
