Las Vegas is a city of dreams. Every year, thousands of people come to this city from around the world chasing their dreams and get the best out of their lives. With flashy roads and glamor to hotels and casinos, there are countless opportunities for visitors to surprize themselves in the dazzling atmosphere of this fantastic city. In this paradise, birds that fly in from other parts of the world deserve a luxurious place to stay, so it becomes a life-time experience for them that they never forget. That is when Wynn comes into play.
This incredibly beautiful and deluxe hotel provides upscale service to its visitors so that they stay surprized and never stop dreaming. Wynn is not just a hotel; it is a phenomenon that happens in someone’s life and makes it better. With the opportunity of getting unforgettable memories and turning moments into souvenirs, it will be an excellent opportunity for me to join Wynn in its amazing journey at least for a short while. The kind of a dreamer I am and how I let these dreams drive my actions, I believe it will be an excellent creative fit.
I have a variety of skills that can add much value to Wynn’s professional environment. My work in the hospitality industry made me realize how much I love interacting with people and going the extra mile to help others. That was one of the reasons I was awarded as the Best Employee at Zara in 2014. My entire professional exposure has been about how to make people feel special and meet their needs.

When I was working in Zara, I used to handle customer service and internal groups as well which made me a vigilant problem solver.
Considering the high-end and class environment of Wynn, I have a bright idea how dicey it might get when there are a lot of people to deal with. I was brought up in a very social locality where people interact a lot, and outstanding communication skills were required to be on top of everything. Therefore, I believe that my in-built communication skills and the desire to assist other people will add value in Wynn’s business and will be a beneficial exchange on both ends.
During my job with an international tours company, I developed extensive research and client handling skills. With the development in the international business scenarios, client management is one of the most desired skills in the market. It will be an honor for me to put my communication and client management skills to use and ensure that I excel in a client facing role. Other than the soft skills, I have numerous hard skills including advanced proficiency at using computer and other hardware and software systems. My Mandarin and Taiwanese language skills can assist in dealing with foreign clients while my professional demeanor, flexibility, and multi-tasking skills will do wonders in the professional capacity at Wynn. All I know is that Wynn is a place for people who dream big, and I am a dreamer who always believes in himself and has faith that stars can be reached if you are willing enough.
