Having applied for the position of a certified nursing assistant in the hospital, I feel I have merited for the job because of my qualification and my passion to work with the patients as a certified nurse assistant. Some of the factors that make me fit for the job are the fact that I am good at multitasking and for that matter, I can easily adjust depending on the bulk of the work present in the hospital (“CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Job Description” Np). I also support teamwork and can perform my duties with any team present effectively without any follow-ups. When it comes to my duties as a certified nurse assistant, I maintain a high level of hygiene to the patients by providing them with the bedpans, baths, and other bathroom assistance. I normally ensure that the daily activities are provided for such as serving the patients with their meals and also make sure that the patients are given adjunct cares. The patients’ comforts are also provided for under my duty such as answering their calls and also giving reports to the nurse supervisor concerning the patients’ progress.
During my duty in the hospital, I ensure that I document any actions such as writing reports, form completion and also filling the record of duty. It is also my pleasure to follow the policies guiding the hospital and protect the values of the organization where I work as I also keep the information of every patient confidential (“CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Job Description” Np).

I enjoy being updated in my profession by being part of the educational activities that involve the line of my profession as a certified nurse assistant. I also honor the reputation of the hospital where I work and the new requests that are made.
