Abortion and Criminal Law Response
The debate on fetal rights has in the past raised and still continues to raise numerous concerns in the legislative field. In every debate sessions on this issue, both pro-choice and pro-life supporters gather support for implementation of legislations and policies involving this matter. The deliberation regarding fetal homicide lies on the subject matter of a fetus killed by an act or acts of violence against pregnant mothers. I therefore agree with the post and support its arguments on this issue.
To begin with its initial argument, pro-life supporters of abortion usually advocate for laws that define the fetus as a being in fetal killing laws, or else they confer protection of the fetus. Some of the commonly used references to such laws include the Unborn Victim of Violence Act and the Fetal Protection act just to name but a few (NCSL, 2018). Those who advocate for these legislations are of the opinion that the lives of both the fetus and the pregnant mother should be overtly protected. They proclaim that fetal murder laws not only fairly outlaw abortion cases, but they also address both the unborn child and their mother.
On the other hand, pro-choice supporters of this issue center on the harm or damage caused to an expectant mother and the consequent loss of the pregnancy, and fail to consider the rights of the fetus (NCSL, 2018). They advocate for legislation that do not confer rights or the status of a being a person of a fetus.

Wait! Abortion and Criminal Law paper is just an example!

The South Carolina state legislation on this issue provides that one who commits an act of violence that causes the injury or death to a fetus in the uterus is guilty of a distinct violation of crime and that such a person should be punished as if the injury or death befell the mother of the unborn child. Therefore, I agree with the post on the fact beyond all, fetal homicide is illegal and against the law.

To be honest, I hate writing. That’s why when my professor assigned me with coursework, I just took the easy way out and hired StudyZoomer to assist me. I’m absolutely satisfied with the result, no flaws.
