Building a Project
The main aim of the project is to design a composting system that is unique. It thus requires a high-quality design that will make it unique and beneficial to the team. However, the team has decided to modify it in the form a round barrel, be a dark color as well having some holes to allow circulation of air. Before constructing the composter, the team took time as they accessed the common marketed composters. It has helped them to understand some of it features as well as their importance in the design. Thus, they compared the existing features and hence coming up with unusual features that will make their system more beneficial. Moreover, each member of the team was given a task of designing a composter. They later came together and evaluated each of the design. The results showed that they almost brought out the same design. They then took a time to modify the barrel as well as the size of the compost. In addition, after comparing their different prototypes they realized each had a unique characteristic that they brought together to construct one design system.
One of the reasons for choosing the project’s current design is because it favors all the team members in terms of cost as well as it benefits. Moreover, the composter design is said to have few complications that can be dealt with. The wooden frame and the splinter that may be damaged can be sorted by finding a suitable location that will protect the composter. The current design of the composter has the solution to all expected complications and hence the team feels it is the best to venture in.
