Keenly, looking at the new insurance regulations that federal affordable care act (ACA) prompted the health care system can be observed to take a transformation in future. The effort to deliver quality care with the lowest cost possible will become a constant challenge to the healthcare organization leaders. Ideally, people are living longer due to advancement in medicine, but it will be impossible to treat and manage conditions while keeping health care affordable for people. As the ACA keeps taking effect, some changes to health insurance will occur forcing the insurance companies to be prohibited from denying pre-existing conditions coverage (Blumenthal & Collins, 2014). Consequently, this will be an offset by a mandate requiring every person to be insured or face a financial penalty. The ACA is designed for millions of people, and its great utilization will induce healthcare spending thereby causing an inflation bubble and cost containment.
The ACA has its provisions which would require organizations to concentrate on the successful treatment of patients to get paid. In that way, it will require organizations to evaluate their means of providing care as a transformation of pay for performance occur. For the hospitals to be financially solvent, they will need to cut the waste. Other impacts will include a hidden cost for the fully covered and this will be a burden to patients. Also, there will be an increased cost of popular medications while dropping the coverage.

In mitigating the financial impacts, it will require organizations to evaluate their capacity by-products and facility to be confident they can handle an increased volume. Concerning the issue of increased healthcare cost, built by the implementation of the act, an elimination of governmental regulations which bears no benefit to cost ratio need be done. Additionally, the Congress should continue with subsidies which are income related while enhancing coverage to households and taxpayers.
