Authentic Leadership Skills.
Many times, people believe that a leader is born and not made, however situations that prove to take another turn which is contrary to the one that people genuinely understand take place in our day to day lives. Some circumstances make people become leaders even without themselves knowing that they are leaders.

Chaos and protests, people want something that the people in power have, and they do not want to give it to the people. This kind of protests lead to riots and properties are destroyed. I found myself in one situation like this and knowing that it was not good, I had to stand up and tell the people that what they were doing was not good and they were destroying other people’s lives without their consent which was true. Another time, my colleagues at the workplace also wanted to go on protests and boycott their work but this was not advisable, and when I took a stand and told them that there was so much at stake they had to get back to work.
Role models are significant people in life. My father was my role model, I admired how he was always calm even when dealing with dire situations, but later on, in life I realised that role models count very little on what you become, and you have to mould yourself in your way to become what you want.
I am someone who is not so much into worldly things quiet as ever, but when situations come up, and I can stand and see that it can help others, I do not need any convincing to take up the task.

In addition to this, I am also generous and very determined to get what I want. This kind of personality helps me to have a lot of people who are ready to help me in cases when I need help hence making my life a bit better.
My perfect weakness is family. I have a stable relationship with my family although most people despise this, it is beneficial to me because nobody will judge you no matter what you do. And my strengths, well working together to achieve something helpful for everyone especially when it’s me who came up with such an idea, makes me feel like a hero.
My core values are hard work to achieve what you want, generosity and kindness to all and also following directions as they are given. Its rather shocking that am not very consistent with my core values but especially following orders, but I believe I do it for the better.

It’s true that words shape reality because if you could talk well to other people, then you are sure of having an excellent relationship with people and if you don’t choose your words carefully, you may end up upsetting a lot of people, and it will not end well in most cases (George, 24).
