Executive Summary
Kush motors LLC is a partnership business that is independently owned. It was established on 1st January 2018 by a group of automotive experts with ten years of vehicle experience (Pakroo, & Stewart, 2016). It offers a unique car buying experience for clients all over the city by offering top quality, pre-inspected, and used Japanese vehicles for all types of consumers that have been priced competitively.
Problem statement
There is a huge demand for quality used Japanese vehicles within the city that lacks a consistent supply with many of the other used car sellers having specialized on American models.
Solution
Kush Motors will sell top quality used Japanese cars at an affordable price where it will buy pre-inspected vehicles from well-known Japanese second-hand car dealers online at wholesale and sell them locally. It will maintain a diverse stock of vehicles offering the widest choice for individuals and small business needs (Pakroo, & Stewart, 2016).
Size of market
Nearly everyone needs a vehicle to move from one point to the other. As a result of the poor economic growth, many families are unable to afford new vehicles. This has created a huge demand for second-hand cars. Japanese vehicles have been proven to be affordable, reliable, cheap to maintain and economical in comparison to the American models. This has made them attractive to the middle and low-class families. The pie chart below shows the segmentation of the anticipated average increase of ten percent in potential customers.
