Introduction

Currently, entrepreneurship became a very widespread term worldwide, because most people want to have their own company or at least think about it, this makes entrepreneurship today to have a great impact and importance in manypeople. Because for many the only way to obtain a decent income, is through the creation of its own project and thus be able to have economic stability.

But if we focus on reality, it is not only to have the idea and start our company and believe that it will reach success just by investing in it, this is not so, although we know that they currently existMany companies that are dedicated to different areas, where we can see that many of them are successful for many years, as there are also companies that become successful but only for a short time, and this not only happens to consolidated companies, they alsoGo to entrepreneurs who start with small businesses where they are only in the market for a short time, and this is where we wonder why this happens to them? This is due to many factors such as poor administration, lack of leadership, lack of financial forecast etc. But one of the most important factors that do not take into account many companies or many entrepreneurs is to make a business plan, this is very important to undertake a business, but unfortunately few entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs do not do so, it is for this reason that they do not arriveto succeed in the future.

The objective of this monograph is to make known because an entrepreneur must carry out his business model before starting his business or creating his company.

Importance of developing a business model before starting an entrepreneurship

Being entrepreneur means being able to create something new or give different use to something already existing, and thus generate an impact on their own life and that of the community in which he lives. In turn, this individual not only arises ideas, but it is also flexible enough to adapt them and possess the necessary creativity to transform each event, whether positive or negative, in one occasion. 

Where we can say that the difference between an entrepreneur and a common person is that the entrepreneur has the ability to create and carry out his ideas, where he not only looks at his environment, but also sees and discovers opportunities that can be launched, this makes the entrepreneur efficient because he gives the opportunity to think differently and if he wants to achieve a related objective in a project he does not think flatly, but always has a vision to future.

Many people think to succeed is only a matter of luck, but this is not so, to succeed you have to have attitude you have to know who will carry out a project who will start, that person is called "Entrepreneur".

In order to start a venture business, you also have to know how to do a business model:

A business model is the way a company creates or contributing value to its customers, obtaining profitability in return.

To undertake it is not enough to have only a good idea, it is about creating something that is innovative and relevant in the market and that has a well -raised business model, which is focused on getting the company to arise and differentiate from other companies througha strategy that is sustainable in the future.

We can also say that a business model is essential for the plan to undertake.

Conclusions

• A business model plays an important role in the creation of a business or a company, one could say that it is the main thing to be carried out before undertaking, because thanks to this a business plan will succeed, what is usefulhave a star product and not have a business model if this were so the business will not succeed.
• The business model will allow us to know if our business is viable as we have raised.
• The business model are the foundations of the plan to be carried out.
