Use A Larger Number of Smaller Interfaces
Businesses, more especially small businesses, have taken a critical role in both the provision and use of computer applications. There is increased emphasis within organizations and companies on bringing together the various functional areas work. In this case, the developments through the use of interfaces have resulted in increased business research and practices. These are aiming at several functional integrations between and within business entities. According to Chakravarty (2004), the community engaged in research has identified the core values of solving the conflicting and different business perspectives through the applications of smaller interfaces. This has increased on the streams of research to address the issues faced in operating or managing businesses through the characterization of the smaller business interfaces domain. Many researchers have suggested the use of a larger number of smaller interfaces in conducting various business activities due to their benefits. The benefits among others include; developing new products, coordination, collaborations and partnerships and the coordination of the supply chain in the internet space (McConnell, 2012).
Basing on several benefits as identified by various authors of various textbooks’ authors and researchers, I agree with the approach of the use of a larger number of smaller interfaces in executing business activities.

According to Wyszynski (2016), there is a strong encouragement of the use of Smaller interfaces among businesses since it is characterized by minimal implementation costs. The overhead costs required to set up the smaller interfaces are very low as compared to the larger interfaces. This can help various businesses to design better systems, with low complexity and improved maintainability (Wyszynski, 2016). The design and implementation of smaller interfaces create ease in the execution of the business activities and reduces on the maintenance costs like the ones faced when using the larger interfaces. Therefore, it is essential for businesses, more especially the small businesses, to adopt the use of a large number of smaller interfaces due to their cost-effectiveness which can help them maximize their profits.
