Social-cultural Management
People come together for so many reasons; some may not even know each other. However, the common interests unite them despite their differences. This is the kind of unity that is experienced in the Mall of America. Located in Bloomington, Minnesota, the mall not only attracts people from America but from all over the world and it has grown to be a great tourist destination. Nonetheless, our focus today is on anthropology, as we seek to establish the various characteristics displayed by the visitors to the American mall. The mall also provides quite a rich social, cultural heritage as it unites people of all diversities (Eriksen, 37).
Observations
1. Different people are speaking different languages but also have an understanding thanks to the use of a common language (English) in most parts of the mall.
2. Different people have a different mode of dressing, some dress in quite a short outfit while others cover their entire body with little space to facilitate seeing.
3. A great interaction for children of different descent at the indoor amusement park although they seem to communicate and interact well.
4. A lot of floor space with employees of different diversity.
5. Religious disparities, displayed by the dressing and also the decorations at different times of the year, e.g., Christmas decorations.
6. A great number of people, yet they all seem to have different tastes and preferences including the food selection, each looking quite happy with their choice.

Wait! Cross-cultural management paper is just an example!

7. Well, some kids seem to walk out of the mall so happy while others can’t hide their sad faces as they did not get what they wanted, or have enough.
8. The artifact and memorial section also seems to attract many people, from all regions of the world.
9. The theatre has a lot of visitors, not of one race or ethnicity but from all diversities.
10. It’s called the Mall of America yet houses all cultures, ethnicities and all diversities. Opinion/analysis
1. The mall is a great point of convergence for people of all diversities. This is evident in the different languages different people speak which also illustrates the various places they descent. Nonetheless, despite the diversity, they find common ground such that they can all understand each other and even interact efficiently.
2. The dress code can be a great illustration of your cultural descent, economic status or religious upbringing all this is well portrayed in the mall as it accommodates everyone.
3. It’s quite amazing how interest in a common thing can work wonders. The mall has visitors from all over the world, talk of German-speaking kids, Americans, British, African, Asian, just to mention but a few. However, in the amusement park, they all seem almost to speak the same language as they play with each other. This is also a great step in anthropology in that, it provides hope and even encourages those willing to learn different cultures since they will be easily accepted in any place they travel.
4. Due to the diversities of the many visitors and shoppers at the mall, employees are drawn from all diversities, and there isn’t discrimination as to the physical appearance or any other aspect. Which encourages people from all walks of life and the physically challenged as well to shop in the mall.
5. Religious is among the key aspects of social, cultural heritage. The dress code, the proud expression of their beliefs among other people, gives religion a stronger aspect in the lives of different people, especially seeing the respect the religions are accorded in the mall and other places.
6. We cannot talk about cultural heritage and ignore the different dishes served all over the world that give different people a sense of belonging even when they are away from home. This illustrates not just the respect granted to the different cultures but also the willingness of people to learn the ways of others, so they live better in the society.
7. There is nothing as sad as seeing a child cry or walk away sad. Nonetheless, people have different capabilities and hence may have a limitation as to what they buy or treat their kids. This portrays the different social classes that are represented in the mall.
8. The artifacts and the memorial section is mainly a display of accomplishments of different ethnicities. However, the fact that everyone is attracted and eager to learn more about the other’s cultural heritage is a great advancement and display of maturity not to mention a great development in the world of anthropology.
9. The perfect place to relax and even enjoy quality time with loved ones. The theatre attracts people of all diversities, despite their differences they have something in common they all love.
10. The mall is an illustration of the rich cultural heritage of American people, but also their willingness to welcome others and even learn from them. Not to mention adopting their cultures where necessary.
Conclusion
The American mall is a great place to learn all aspects of social-cultural diversities (Eriksen, 38) of the people of American and even those of other people in the world. This could be by visiting the mall for lunch, shopping entertainment among others, but even better, getting to interact with the different people you meet in your adventures in the mall. It sure is a great cultural heritage that should be preserved for generations to come.

First of all, I want to say that these guys have pretty affordable prices. I asked them to write a compare-and-contrast essay and was really impressed with the final cost and, what is even more important, the level of quality.
