Decision making with artificial intelligence

At present there is no talk of companies to produce efficiently, but of organized companies to generate knowledge and apply it for the benefit of society. Artificial intelligence focused on organizations can be a differentiating factor today, either for productivity, innovation or for decision making, becoming more efficient or creating a competitive advantage in a world of continuous technological evolution.

Taking into account that technologies have become a key factor for the success of organizations, in terms of information, process automation, automation of functions, planning, and execution in organizational management, supporting them in a way that helps us in the takingof decisions more effectively, improving profitability or suppressing tasks that require high demand for time.

As for public organizations, I can say that you need to adopt a bold attitude before the technological changes and thus can take advantage and apply them in an intelligent way that helps to renew each of the negative aspects that do not allow to grow or contribute toIts adaptation in a constant world of changes. Thus making it an administration that monopolizes the future, with greater capacity and institutional intelligence, minimizing errors in decision making.

Luis Fernando González – Consultant, Coach, journalist and executive of transnational companies – affirms that institutions begin to integrate artificial intelligence for decision -making to their processes, take advantage of the ability of the systems to formulate predictions from patterns and trends withspeed and precision, and automatically use millions of data in second fractions.

Wait! Decision Making With Artificial Intelligence paper is just an example!

Automating functions could reduce costs, times, bad decisions in administrative processes. Decision making regarding artificial intelligence would be carried out in a more concrete and intelligent way, since it analyzes the data and recommends the alternatives that are better.

But, from the school of human relations on which they are based on people, autonomy of the worker, we believe that taking that step to give the opportunity to a machine that can do the same tasks as a person? If at the time there was talk of humanizing and democratizing the administration because we should trust the decision that a machine can give me. Thinking that a machine does everything we do, gives an aspect of fear, before the cabins that may occur, but it is not only to accept the change (AI) because they may bring both positive and negative results.

If you want that in organizations they grow and adapt to the new changes, each of the human aspects that have made the decisions that are made are in a rational way should be set aside. Resulting then that what humans could not do, did the machines in some way (artificial intelligence).

If you are given a change not only in the technological, if not, of paradigm change perhaps even we can bring that constant evolution to its highest point, clearly ordering each of the aspects that would have to be replaced, improve, or add in the administration, the transparency will be the instrument with which the AI is based on an organization. Therefore, AI will be the key in decision -making an organization, if used as an instrument for the improvement of each of the aforementioned aspects.
