The internet and web provide enough information that may be required by customers on one page or a click away. This helps in gaining loyalty and building trust which is an essential factor in the development of a successful business. Because of the internet, a client orders what he or she wants from the computer, the order is sent to the order manager, the order is processed and then the physical goods are delivered to the customer. The buyer only interacts with the computer and the physical goods without moving from home to the marketplace. Streaming media is another feature that enables video, music, and other big files to be transferred to users in portions.
