The Dean of Students facilitates the activities of the South-western Oklahoma State University (SWOSU), such as approval of students’ affairs, sponsor update, and communication. It is usually the function of the human resource management (HRM) to select employees, teach them on job performance, train them, and conduct performance management among others to ensure a positive workplace environment (Noe et al. np). Regarding this, SWOSU management needs to coordinate with the HR team to train new employees for the positions of the university’s student government president, professor of human resource, and Dean of Students.
The training overview of a student government president will be tailored to developing the skills to enable the office bearer to work with students, resolve problems, lead cabinet meetings, and manage students’ affairs. The training overview for the SWOSU professor of human resources will be to develop an individual who can attract, train, evaluate, motivate, and retain the university staffs for meeting the institution objectives (Dhar 421). The focus put during training will prepare a Dean of Students who can coordinate college services, ensure good relations between students, staffs, and administration, as well as plan effectively for research and university activities.
The topics that the HR team will cover during training include ethics, communication skills, problem-solving, leadership roles, conflict resolution, time management, and emotional intelligence.

Wait! Employee Training paper is just an example!

Training program helps employees to acquire certain skills for performing the job. The HR team will conduct preparation by informing employees the training overview, teach them, encourage knowledge sharing, and test the content frequently (Dhar 422). Measuring what someone has learned during training involves conducting visual confirmation through role-playing, social ownership by trainees teaching others, and skill assessment by the facilitators. Employee training is an endless process and requires a commitment by management to ensure a continuous evaluation. It takes 1 to 2 years for an employee to be productive; hence, vocational instruction is important to be conducted periodically after two years to strengthen employed persons’ skills.
