I am writing to express my interest in the position of Customer Care Strategist at Acme Insurance Brokers as advertised on LinkedIn and the company’s website. I am pursuing a Bachelors degree in finance. I have been an intern at Haitong Securities in China for two months. I am mainly responsible for contacting customers and categorizing customer financial files. In the future, I want to be a securities broker. I believe that I have the necessary skills and experience to fit the position of Customer Care Strategist in your organization.
Acme Insurance Brokers is one of the strongest brands in the region and was recently regarded as the most trusted brand in the country. Besides, the company has a conducive working environment for its employees that is based on teamwork, productivity, innovation, and career progression. Moreover, Acme is among the firms that have favourable welfare programs for its employees. As an intern at Haitong Securities, I believe I have acquired knowledge on how to manage the employees so as to meet the needs of the clients. It is my belief that the experience I have gained in the company will help me in coming up with the products and services that meet the needs of the shareholders. Moreover, it is my belief that my experience at Haitong Securities will help this company in addressing the gaps that exist as a result of poor communication, or lack of it, between the external customers and the employees.

Also, I have the ability to analyze financially and communicate with customers, which will benefit the company in aligning the human resource to be customer focused. Besides, my degree in Finance will help the organization to balance the needs of the shareholders and those of the employees. My personal attributes include me being team player, result oriented, hardworking, and honest. It is my belief that these attributes will help the company to achieve its strategic goals and objectives. Moreover, I have passion for selling insurance policies which I believe will be an advantage for your company. Although I do not have a vast experience in the managerial post, I believe that my youth, energy, innovation, and computer skills will be of great importance to your firm.
I know that the duties and responsibilities of a Customer Care Strategist are numerous: Supervision of all the tasks in the customer care department, recruitment and placement tasks of customer care representatives, and formulating policies related to product promotion, training of customer care representatives, boosting sales in the firm, and promotion of staffs in the department are some of the responsibilities of a human resource manager generalists (Barney and Wright, 34). Moreover, the holder of this post is charged with the responsibility of administration of Customer Care policies, programs, and addressing other departmental issues (Barney and Wright, 34). My education along with the experience in Customer Care will equip me with the necessary skills to discharge these duties. It is true that the attached resume is a snapshot of my qualifications. Consequently, I hope that you will give me an opportunity to interview me regarding my suitability to fill the said position.
