The XYZ Inc. staff together with Mrs. Brooks’ staff will engage in the setting up and preparation of the facilities to be used during the talks. The items to be set up include:

8.00am-8.30am Mrs. Brooks’ Meeting with the XYZ, Inc. Chief Executive Officer

Light Breakfast with all the Guests and staff of XYZ, Inc.

09:20am – 10:45pm Office Tour.
The guests will be given around office tour with the CEO of XYZ, Inc. to observe the office plan and the layout implemented to allow to allow Mrs. Brooks to identify the shortcomings and the possible recommendations.
10:45pm – 11:15 Venue: Sheraton Hotel
An introductory word from the CEO of XYZ, Inc.
11:15am-1:30pm MRS. BROOKS Delivery
The topics to be discussed include Effective office strategy
Office efficiency: Importance and methods of implementations
Teamwork: Importance and how to create delivery teams
The Changing office environment: Importance of change, handling and ensuring a seamless transition.
Meeting to be held at the hotel conference room.
This is where Mrs. Brooks will be able to deliver her talk to the leadership and management of XYZ, Inc. using PowerPoint.

1:30pm – 2:30pm Question and Answer session.
The management of XYZ will be allowed to ask questions related to the presentation.
2:30pm – 3:00pm Lunch Session.
All the participants will join together for lunch at the hotel dining facility.
3:00pm – 4:00pm A vote of thanks from XYZ, Inc. CEO.
The CEO will deliver a 30-minute vote of thanks to Mrs. Brooks and her support staff, all everyone who made the event a success including the Employees of XYZ who volunteered to transport the visitors to and from the airport.
4:30pm- 4:30pm The visitors will prepare to leave by undertaking all the checking out processes of the hotel.
4:30 pm Mrs. Lewis Brooks will be seen off by the CEO and other management staff and taken to the airport by the employees of XYZ, Inc. in readiness for departure.
4:30 pm The seeing off Mrs. Brooks support staff by the management and staff of XYZ
6:30 pm The departure of Mrs. Brooks from the airport for her journey back to Richmond.
