After careful analysis of the two offers, a realization of the suggestions that comes with Microsoft 365 is that premium features for the business class that contains calendars and email embedded can share and store files, has Skype connectivity, Instant messaging and online conferencing among other enticing features. Okta identity management offers their service for $2 per month and is one of the renowned firms in the industry for quality. The main attraction towards the package is the price and the features of the service as the range is between the cheapest for $2 and the most expensive for $8 but the service does not offer additional features like Automated software-as-a-service and the multifactor authentication which are advanced over the basic tier.

The Okta service can integrate with the currently active directory in identity management and all the parties in the business. Its performance is however enhanced when it deals with multi-identity providers like the Google Apps, AD, Workday, etc. for management identity services, and I would thus select Okta identity management. Secondly, JumpCloud has similar features and a free month trial starting at $6.87 per month for more than eleven users.
The migration plan rests with integrating the Office 365 with JumpCloud as almost everyone is familiar with the Office utility. It is also the most preferred by businesses and the fastest growing. On the other hand, JumpCloud can be interconnected with the current system for a smooth transition. While firms move to Office 365, they are battling with the decision of catalog administrations. The arrangement, on­premises Active Directory, is no longer as alluring now that the email and profitability suite has made the move to the cloud.
