In undertaking the venture, there would be much focus on expansion. For a business to be in the right direction, there has to plan for expansion, (Hess & Liedtka, 2012). In line with this notion, there would be consideration of the enlargement of the services to the customers these sentiments follow the considerations of the importance of clients in the well-being and development of any business. There would be an expansion of the services to the customers besides the private membership and private lessons. These include opportunities to get guidance on matters such as investment out of the gains of the training. There would also be opportunities for engagement in clubs relevant to the games of interest. In consideration of the future predictions of increment of the number of members, there would be the expansion of the services by opening another location in Oklahoma City.
In the efforts of reaching out to many people, there would be an embrace of advertising services through various media. There would be the inclusion of every effort of ensuring the exploration of best advertising tactics for success in the venture. There is an acknowledgment that; there is a diversity of needs for the members. This aspect will have an impact on the expansion tactics as there would be every effort of ensuring diversification to meet the needs. On this basis, there would be the opening of a pool and hot tube for relaxation. Diversification to other fronts such as yoga would be in progress to quench the needs of the different people who may be interested in the games but not necessarily the ball games.

Risks
In undertaking the venture, there is the realization that there would be internal and external risks that could threaten success. The internal risk factors include stability regarding finances and management. The consideration of the fact that there are other complexes in Weatherford city and gyms leads to the internal threat to finances and administration. The diversity in operation poses the risk of poor management if there is no adoption of the right management skills. On the stability notion, there is the threat of poor fiancé management if there is no great caution in the expansion. The external threat factors include the government regulations, (Burcar, Radujkovic & Vukomanovic, 2016).This aspect touches n the risk of failure to align to the state laws guiding the operation of games related ventures. The much diversification in the services dictates the need for diversification in the understanding and execution of the different regulations regarding games and the activities; hence a significant risk in the compliance.
Success metrics
There would be the usage of various metrics for evaluating success in intervals of time. At one year, there would be metrics touching on the growth of the members. As long as there would be a growing number of members; however slow; it would be a pointer to success. Feedback from the members pointing to satisfaction would also be a metric for success. There would be discrete channels of obtaining the feedback as a metric for evaluation of success.
At two years, metrics for success would touch on the stability in the profitability and financial management. At this level, a business ought to be meeting its liabilities in a much comfortable way than at the beginning.
At three years, the metrics would have much to do with expansion. With stability in all levels of the venture, success must align to increase to varied aspects as this issue shows the continued growth. Enlargement and diversification ought to first start with the existing investments, before consideration of the exploration of new areas.
