Subject: Matter Regarding Quality of Service
The provision of the service related to the quality of the health services has dramatically affected the customers’ satisfaction. Be as it may, the poor services have impacted the niche of the healthcare and resulted in the weak turnover of the workers thus it has affected the 24-hours coverage of the services as it is indicated in our mission (McGlynn, 7).
This has made the patients seek for alternative providers of the service thus creating the negative image to the organization. The matter has affected the growth of the hospital in significant ways.
In my department, we are facing the issue of slow repairing and replacement of the bed. In addition to that, the facilities for the disposal are less, and they cannot meet the patients that are admitted to the rooms. On top of that, most of the equipment for the laboratories are outdated. Due to this, the service provider has been quite a perplexing duty to the side of the clients (McGlynn, 10).
Solution
The matter has to been resolved quickly for it to restore the decent healthcare system and redeemed the glory of the organization. The first step is acquiring the latest equipment that fit operation of the test in the laboratory. On the side of the rooms, the admission section needs to be expanded for it to create a spacious and healthy environment for the patients.

The facilities that are used for disposing of the used materials have to be ordered in advance and in large numbers to allow immediate replacement in case the already existing one gets spoiled. This will be a perfect solution, and it will redeem the glory of our organization for us to achieve the target goals.
