The site, therefore, presents that any state can get aid, in terms of resources, from any state to address emergencies that may arise. One of the common areas that is addressed by the site is the human services resources.
The use of EMAC can be said to have been effective in properly serving the state. The human services resources under the “Shelter in a Box” mission are always obtained from Oklahoma to Louisiana under the EMAC to enable those who have evacuated to remain near their homes and only return when the storms pass by and the conditions are safe enough to return to their homes. Indeed, human services are the most important in the case of emergency and are well provided for under the EMAC during emergencies. It is, therefore, clear that EMAC is effective in emergency management through proper deployment of human resources.
