Introduction

Starting from a socioeconomic approach, the present work aims to study the causes of this phenomenon, seriously looking at the study of hunger and malnutrition in Peruvian territory. First, the definition of these terms will be offered, also pointing out the reasons why this problem must be the cause of concern. In addition, we will analyze the determinants of the problem and their various causes will be raised. It is determined that the problem is the result of factors such as nature and the changes it has presented;the conflicts generated by poverty; The incorrect decision of the State on the management of resources in addition to the overexploitation of the environment. Then, the consequences of hunger will be analyzed, the diseases caused by infants and the ravages that anemia brings.

Why is the problem important? Hunger is defined as a state in which there is a need and lack of food and this affects many groups of society. The immediate consequence of this state is a physiological disease or state called malnutrition, which is nothing more than the lack of vital nutrients the organism of the human being.

Hunger then has seen a gradual growth in many regions. The consistent inequality makes every effort to settle this problem is ineffective. (UN, 2019)

The constant changes suffered by nature have made hunger in the world suffer an increase. Climate change generates that many of the ecosystems and livelihoods are affected, people dedicated to the agricultural, fishing and livestock sector have not yet managed to adapt to these new circumstances and therefore remain without sufficient resources to subsist.

Many of the extreme meteorological factors cause a loss of connection with many rural areas and this causes a rise in food prices and that is why the quality of life of low -income people is affected.

Poverty and hunger are intimately linked. Inequality and lack of resources make many people dedicate themselves to survive or subsist. The constant economic crises have caused the battle against hunger not to meet the expected objectives. It is foreseeable that due to this the welfare of citizens is not the most convenient.

It should be noted that areas with lower economies are those that have the highest indices of malnutrition. Pric fluctuations make the most vulnerable regions live in uncertainty, hunger and poverty. Although in Peru the income has gradually increased, very high rates of poverty and extreme poverty are still maintained, the regions of the mountains and the jungle are the most affected. The lack of decent and well -paid employment makes the consequences of poverty too serious.

Conclusions

Peru is a country that, in recent years, has presented one of the most stable economies in Latin America. However, a large percentage of the population has not seen any result of this development. In the rural areas of the country, the high indices of malnutrition let the persistent inequality in the lowest social strata.

Then we understand that the social crisis has been aggravated in proportion to the political crisis;corruption and poor resource management and how this has an impact on the quality of life of citizens. Many of the State institutions fail to meet basic needs. Then it is understood that hunger, in the country, is due to a set of wrong political decisions that you do nothing but sink citizens into misery and hunger.

The Peruvian State has many consultation problems with their respective powers, and therefore the tranquility and well -being of the population is affected. The State therefore has sought means to establish a much more stable relationship. At present, the country is in a period of economic recession, due to corruption problems and social conflicts that do not contribute to anything in the growth of macroeconomic variables.
