Labeling Employees
Employees in an organization referred to the act of associating the employees in the company with specific traits. Some employees can be referred to as hardworking and others as brilliant among other traits. The labels tend to display the qualities of the employees. The question is therefore whether labeling makes the employees as investments in future or current cost. With this effect, it is important to put into consideration of the feelings and well-being of the employees before the labeling. Negative labeling of the employees can result in the formation of negative attitudes among the employees which in turn adversely affects the performance. Positive labeling, on the other hand, can be used to ensure that all employees work to establish the goals of the organization, therefore, serving as a future investment for the organization (Evans, 2015).
The greatest asset to any organization is the employees since they help in goal accomplishment. However, in accounting terms, the employees do not fall on either the liability or asset in the balance sheet (Youderian, 2013). Determining the values of employees of a company is possible to use the financial metrics. The department of human resource can help to establish a relationship between the employees and finance thus establishing a basis for evaluating the value of the employees. The ethics of treating employees ensures that the well-being of the employees is observed at all times.

Wait! Labeling Employees paper is just an example!

Treating employees ethically entails fair compensation as well as not harming them mentally or physically. The department of the human resource is responsible for enhancing the wellbeing of the employees in the organization. Valuing the human capital in an organization tends to demote the aspect of human dignity since it is not possible to quantify the value of human beings especially in terms of financial elements (Evans, 2015).
