Vacation is a crucial concept in the work environment. It involves giving the staff time-off regularly; for example, one month every year. Going on holiday is vital to improving the well-being of the staff. Employees get the opportunity to rest after a busy schedule. Sufficient rest enhances the physical and mental health outcome of the team. Vacation enhances the performance of the workers. They will strive to accomplish the stated goals and objectives before the vacation period. Furthermore, vacation improves the loyalty of the staff. Terminating employees is a concept that illustrates how the staff can be discharged from their duties ethically and professionally. In the termination, the manager should adhere to the employment contract and employment laws. The termination process should address the interests of the employees and employers as shown in the work contract as well as employment laws (Green, Ryan and Levy, 2017). For example, the employees should be given total remuneration for the work done before the termination date.

For example, the assignments require case analysis on the HRM practices in the private organizations. Most multinational corporations have a recruitment portal on their websites, which enhances the recruitment and selection procedure (Reilly, 2012). Also, the private firms have the employment contract that shows the employees and management’s obligations in the work environment.
